According to the Sheriff’s Office, although the investigation is still an ongoing process, Sheriff Cutting reports that the search has revealed many drugs, including methamphetamine and other controlled substances. Rogers was charged with Fifth Degree Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance (Class D Crime), Seventh Degree Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance (Class A Misdemeanor), Criminal Use of Second Degree Drug Paraphernalia ( Class A misdemeanor) as following the search warrant.
Under New York State’s new bail reform laws, Aaron Johnson has been released on appearance tickets and is scheduled to appear in Norwich City Court at a later date.
